At OkayIQ, your trust is our primary asset. This Privacy Policy outlines our uncompromising commitment to protecting the personal data of our users and their customers. We operate on a principle of least-privilege data access and strict logical isolation.

We collect information through three primary channels to provide a seamless AI experience.

Content uploaded to your OkayIQ knowledge base is treated as confidential. We implement strict logical database separation to ensure your proprietary business information is never leaked, indexed by public search engines, or used to train models for other OkayIQ customers.

You maintain full ownership of your data at all times. Upon request or account cancellation, we provide tools to export your training data. Interaction logs are retained for 90 days by default unless a custom retention period is specified in your enterprise agreement.

OkayIQ does not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with vetted sub-processors necessary for delivering the core AI and hosting infrastructure of our platform.
