By accessing or using OkayIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys provided. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

We maintain a high standard for how our AI is utilized. Prohibited activities include:

You retain all rights to the documentation and data used to train your AI agents ('User Content'). OkayIQ retains all rights to the software, algorithms, and interface that constitute the Service. You grant OkayIQ a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services described.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically billed for the selected period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

OkayIQ is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including AI-generated errors or hallucinations.
